Position: Senior AWS Java Backend Developer with Node.JS

PETADATA is seeking an experienced Senior AWS Java Backend Developer with Node.JS skills to join our team.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using Java and Node.JS
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures on AWS
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with web and mobile applications
- Implement data storage solutions using relational and NoSQL databases
- Ensure high-quality, readable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the development team
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and optimize system performance
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Required Skills
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on backend development
- Proficiency in Java, Node.JS, and relevant frameworks (e.g., Spring, Express)
- Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Nice To Have
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (e.g., serverless, containers)

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
