The Role

As part of our Axis Trainee Program 2026, you will be assigned to a specific areasuch as Operations, Finance, People, or Growthbased on your academic background and professional interests. Youll become the "go-to" person for key processes within your team, ensuring that every project is tracked, documented, and executed with excellence.

What Youll Do

• Take charge of core tasks within your assigned department, from managing investor data to supporting internal strategy.
• Master world-class tools (like Zendesk, ClickUp, or CRMs) to keep our global engine running smoothly.
• Ensure our information is audit-ready and consistent across all platforms.
• Work side-by-side with our US leadership and international teams on a daily basis.

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Fluent English communication (written and spoken) Our daily operations happen in English.
• Students of Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
• Youre quick to learn new software and love finding ways to work smarter.
• Youre the person who spots the typo or the missing data point before anyone else.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and don't wait for a manual to solve a problem.

• A genuine interest in how Private Capital Markets and Tech intersect.
• A mix of analytical skills and a "people-first" attitude.
• Previous leadership experience in student organizations or fast-paced environments.
