Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Azure networking and security aspects.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform (state manipulation, Terraform Cloud), GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, PowerShell, and Bash.
Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with on‑call support and incident management.
Comprehensive understanding of all cloud domains—including networking, storage, compute, data products, and application services.
High proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, and Python, with familiarity in SDLC and traditional Git workflows.
Responsibilities and Role Duties
Design, build, and manage Azure foundational components (subnets, Network Security Groups, route tables, VNets, VNet peering, private endpoints, Azure DNS) using Terraform.
Provide on‑call support for all Azure services to maintain high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of Azure services with applications.
Develop and maintain IaC using Terraform, ensuring robust DevOps practices.
Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
Script automation using PowerShell and Bash.
Troubleshoot and resolve Azure‑related issues in coordination with development and operations teams.
Stay current with emerging Azure services and features, recommending improvements and optimizations.
Salary Range: CA$ 100,000 – CA$ 120,000 per year.
