Must-Have Technical Skills

• Java 17 (modern, modular, scalable coding)
• Spring Boot (Dependency Injection concepts)
• Microservices architecture
• REST APIs, HTTP
• CI/CD pipelines
• Git
• Relational Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, RestAssured
• Cloud development fundamentals

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Azure (AKS, DevOps, Insights)
• Ansible
• Kafka
• JavaScript
• Functional & Reactive Programming
• NoSQL (Cassandra)
• Spring ecosystem (e.g., Spring Batch)
• Docker & Kubernetes
