As a Back-End Developer , you'll be responsible for migrating Loro from Node/Express to NestJS, while ensuring a resilient and scalable backend infrastructure built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Requirements :
- Solid experience with unit testing , including frameworks like Jest or Mocha , ensuring high-quality, reliable code.
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including compute , storage , databases , and networking , with hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Expert in building resilient and scalable systems that can handle high traffic and ensure uptime.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , version control (Git), and agile development practices.
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code , following best practices and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with microservices architecture and designing systems with high availability and fault tolerance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
This is a full-remote position , offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere as long as you are based in Guadalajara, Jalisco. While we value the freedom and collaboration remote work provides, we're also planning to transition to a hybrid model in 2026, allowing for a balanced approach to in-person collaboration and remote productivity.
