This opportunity is for engineers who enjoy solving complex distributed systems challenges, designing low-latency architectures, and building platforms capable of handling massive transaction volumes in real time.
What You'll Be Working On
• Building order matching engines capable of processing 100K+ transactions per second
• Developing Order Management Systems (OMS) supporting advanced trading workflows
• Designing secure wallet and custody infrastructure with multi-signature transaction handling
• Building real-time risk, margin, and liquidation systems for financial products
• Architecting event-driven systems using Kafka and modern distributed architectures
• Developing institutional-grade APIs, WebSocket market data feeds, and trading services
• Creating highly available infrastructure designed for 99.99% uptime and operational resilience
• Strengthening observability, monitoring, security, and compliance across mission-critical systems
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of Backend Development experience
• Strong expertise in Node.js and/or Rust
• Experience building scalable, high-throughput backend systems
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, reliability engineering, and system design
• Knowledge of cryptography, secure transaction processing, and backend security principles
Preferred Experience
• FinTech, Trading Platforms, Payment Systems, Crypto Exchanges, or Financial Infrastructure
• Blockchain technologies, EVM ecosystems, node infrastructure, or digital asset platforms
• Building systems that operate at scale with stringent performance requirements
