Sr. Backend Developer Focus In Java / 100% Remote Mexico/ Advanced English (Must)
Company Description Role Description Position: Sr.Backend Developer (Focus: JAVA) Location: Mexico Requirements :- 10+ years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:- Wide breath of engineering experience.
- Proven experience leading teams of engineers.
- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of authorizations domain and industry standards (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
- Java: 7+ years.
- RDBMs: 3+ years.Desirable:- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, including setting technical direction and driving execution across multiple initiatives.
- Expertise in designing and developing distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Database migration experience- Cloud experience- FinTech, Banking domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
