Required Skills- 7+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong expertise in Java (17/21), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL/SQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience in the Banking or FinTech domain is required.
- Experience building platforms related to payments, lending, digital banking, merchant services, or financial transactions is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Risk Management, Fraud Detection, KYC/KYB, or Payment Processing is a plus.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Develop secure, high-performance microservices and REST APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale financial solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and Agile development.
