Responsibilities
- Promote the adoption of best practices to elevate code quality and solution effectiveness, while positively influencing the engineering culture.
- Write, test, and maintain scalable and high‑performance code, working in an Agile environment and collaborating with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality projects.
- Independently design solutions and actively contribute to their development, providing innovative ideas aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and resolve bugs through testing to ensure a stable and reliable product.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proven experience in back‑end development.
- Solid knowledge of Java and Spring Framework.
- Good knowledge of Kotlin or willingness to learn it.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and non‑relational databases such as MongoDB.
- Familiarity with microservices architectures, REST APIs, and messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ/AMQP, Kafka, SQS).
- Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker and containerization, and knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with React.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
