Mandatory Skills Description:
Core Software Engineering
Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of delivering scalable solutions
CS Fundamentals: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and architectural design patterns
Language Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Python, applied within either Software or Data Engineering contexts
Distributed Systems & Architecture
Cloud Infrastructure: Expertise in AWS (specifically EKS, Lambda, and S3) and cloud-native service integration
Messaging & Events: Hands-on experience with Event-Driven Architectures using a Kafka backbone or RabbitMQ
Microservices: Proven experience building and maintaining Event-Driven Microservices, including identity management and OAuth integration
Data & Integration
Database Management: Comprehensive knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database design and optimization
API Leadership: Mastery of REST and GraphQL API design, focusing on security and performance
Observability: Experience implementing cloud-native patterns for observability, tracing, and monitoring (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)
