Senior Backend Developer (Python, Snowflake, Api)

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Python, Snowflake SDK, and API development.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services using Python for high performance and reliability
- Develop, optimize, and manage database clients using the Snowflake SDK
- Construct a scalable backend abstraction layer to enhance system extensibility and modularity
- Seamlessly integrate API endpoints with Apigee and execute efficient data operations
- Ensure system observability by implementing log aggregation and monitoring tools
- Optimize API consumption and data processing to boost system efficiency
- Maintain scalability, modularity, and maintainability of the system architecture
- Regularly perform testing and validation of backend logic associated with Snowflake
- Collaborate across teams to align backend development with overall business goals
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Demonstrated expertise in Python and Snowflake SDK
- Deep proficiency in API development and experience in designing and consuming RESTful services
- Background in modular architecture, with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions
- Familiarity with Apigee for effective API integration and data management
- Solid understanding of best practices in logging, monitoring, and system observability
- Capable of working independently, making critical architectural decisions, and mentoring junior developers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges
