We are looking for a talented and motivated Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams to build robust solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
- Support deployment activities and production troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks.
- Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Understanding of unit testing and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
