Senior Java Backend Engineer (Spring Boot, GCP, Kubernetes)
You will be part of a collaborative engineering team focused on delivering robust, high-performance services while leveraging the power of Google Cloud Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java (8+) and Spring Boot :
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for scalable microservices architectures
- Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes/GKE) :
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions)
- Manage and optimize data using SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cloud SQL, Firestore, BigQuery)
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance using cloud monitoring tools :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot in backend development
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable)
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture :
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes :
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices :
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases :
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Apigee or API Gateway tools :
- Knowledge of GCP services such as BigQuery, Bigtable, or Cloud Functions
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50, - $90, per month
