We are looking for a talented Java Developer (Mid to Senior) to join our team. The successful candidate will join a greenfield project. The daily work will include, but is not limited to, full life-cycle software development from requirement gathering, design, coding, testing to deployment.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable and reliable Java‑based systems.
Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and architectural solutions.
Develop and optimize infrastructure components such as databases, servers, and networks.
Implement automated deployment and monitoring solutions to improve system reliability.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
Implement caching, load balancing, and other optimization techniques.
Maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture and deployment processes.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates for uninterrupted service.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years of hands‑on experience in the JVM and Java ecosystem.
Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
Proficiency in distributed system design and familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
Ability to cope with stress and learn new knowledge quickly.
Strong cross‑team communication skills.
