We are looking for a talented Java Developer (Mid to Senior) to join our team. The successful candidate will join a greenfield project. The daily work will include, but is not limited to, full life-cycle software development from requirement gathering, design, coding, testing to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and reliable Java‑based systems.
- Collaborate with teams to define system requirements and architectural solutions.
- Develop and optimize infrastructure components such as databases, servers, and networks.
- Implement automated deployment and monitoring solutions to improve system reliability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
- Implement caching, load balancing, and other optimization techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture and deployment processes.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates for uninterrupted service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in the JVM and Java ecosystem.
- Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
- Proficiency in distributed system design and familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
- Ability to cope with stress and learn new knowledge quickly.
- Strong cross‑team communication skills.
