Compensaciones / Beneficios Design, develop, and maintain the backend using Java and Spring Boot Collaborate with product teams to support short release cycles while owning the product Work with cross-functional teams in Buying and Business Intelligence Foster excellence and growth within the team through shared challenges Contribute to software architecture decisions to ensure resilience and scalability Support data-driven decision-making and analytics through robust implementation Responsabilidades 5+ years of hands‑on Java and Spring Boot experience Strong knowledge of event‑driven architectures (Kafka) and distributed systems Experience across the full software development lifecycle (Unit, integration, functional testing) CI/CD experience (Jenkins, Git Lab) and monitoring/tuning (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana) Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes Strong expertise in relational databases, preferably Postgre SQL Frontend development experience with Vue.Js is a plus Knowledge of ML, analytics, data science, and data lake tech (e.G., Starburst) is a plus Strong sense of ownership and independence;
