What we're looking for
5+ years of professional backend coding experience (Java, Python, Node.js, Go, or C#) — strict requirement
Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, databases, API & system design
Excellent English communication, written and verbal
Reliable webcam, mic, and stable internet
Prior interviewing experience is a plus
