This position provides the opportunity to work in an international environment and collaborate with leading fi nancial institutions across Europe and globally. You will be part of high-performing teams delivering innovative digital transformation solutions for banking clients, utilizing modern technologies and industry best practices.
You will participate in the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-grade banking applications, working closely with architects, business analysts, and product owners. You will leverage modern development frameworks and cloud technologies while contributing to mission-critical systems covering areas such as Payments, Lending, Core Banking, Customer Channels, Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting.

You will support clients in selecting the most suitable business solutions and take part in their digital transformation journey.
Your Key Responsibilities
Developing and orchestrating services and microservices.
Back-end Java development for web applications using Spring Boot.
Staying up to date with state-of-the-art back-end development practices and technologies.
Working in an agile environment. You will have autonomy in carrying out your tasks while benefiting from strong team support.
Being part of a dynamic team where continuous learning is a key priority, based in our Málaga offices.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Between 4 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 11/17 or higher) and related frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Solid experience working with Oracle Database, including schema design SQL optimization, stored procedures, and PL/SQL.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Good understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
Understanding of banking business processes and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ideally, You Will Also Have
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Experience with banking integrations, Open Banking APIs, SWIFT, SEPA, or
