Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices architecture to improve system performance and reliability
- Develop and deploy RESTful web services for seamless application integration
- Build robust backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Core
- Integrate Kafka for real-time messaging, event streaming, and distributed processing
- Utilize Oracle and PL/SQL for database development, optimization, and data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review support to development teams
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and secure development principles
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Core Java development
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience building REST Web Services/APIs
- Strong knowledge of Kafka for messaging and streaming
- Experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL
- Understanding of distributed systems and backend application design
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
