About Position:
We are seeking Lead/Architect AI with AI/ML, Generative AI/Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Python experience.

What You'll Do:
- Design and build predictive models and AI-driven intelligence solutions for proactive decision-making
- Translate business and commercial challenges into scalable data science and engineering solutions
- Develop forecasting models, trend analysis, and opportunity prediction systems
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and production-grade ML solutions
- Optimize model accuracy, explainability, scalability, and deployment strategies
- Contribute to technical roadmap and innovation for AI-driven products
- Identify risks, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs proactively
- Collaborate with leadership, product, and business teams to shape data-driven strategies
- Challenge business assumptions and promote analytical decision-making
- Present insights, models, and recommendations effectively to executive stakeholders
- Own end-to-end solution delivery from development to business adoption
- Drive innovation in AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
- Work with cross-functional teams to build scalable intelligence-led products
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 12+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, or predictive analytics
- Proven experience building large-scale predictive intelligence or AI-driven solutions
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and forecasting
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark for data processing and modeling
- Experience in building scalable data pipelines and engineering frameworks
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and production ML deployment
- Exposure to NLP and LLM technologies is a plus
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or consumer analytics is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage executive stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and ownership abilities
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes
