We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Java Developer with 5 6+ years of hands-on software development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, REST APIs, and Microservices, along with a solid understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and modern software development practices.
This is a W2 opportunity and is best suited for a hands-on backend engineer who remains actively involved in coding, system design, debugging, and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities-
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices.

Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.

Design high-performance and scalable backend systems.

Apply strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, data structures, and design patterns.

Work with SQL and relational databases.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.

Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.

Work with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate effectively with distributed teams in a remote environment.

5 6+ years of hands-on backend software development experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java.

Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot.

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
