Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable backend services using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
Develop modern APIs (REST + GraphQL) to replace legacy components
Work with PostgreSQL / Spanner for high-performance data access
Deploy and manage services on GCP
Implement secure authentication & authorization (OAuth 2.0)
Use New Relic for observability and performance monitoring
Collaborate across teams while maintaining strong IC ownership

Strong experience in platform engineering / core backend systems
Background in:
Core services development
Shared libraries / frameworks
Infrastructure-facing backend systems
Experience building:
Robust, scalable, developer-friendly services
Comfortable working on:
Complex system design & architecture
