Core Technical Skills

• 8+ years of back-end development experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (OOP, async, multithreading, libraries).
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform services, specifically: Dataflow / Apache Beam, Cloud Functions, Cloud DLP, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Pub/Sub, GCS & Big Query.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT frameworks, and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure automation (nice to have).
• Proficiency with Docker and container-based deployment (nice to have).

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset and ability to lead technical components independently.
