Advanced Driver Assist Systems represent a step towards an Autonomous Drive future. Our product is a Fusion System that collects data from multiple sources such as Ultrasonic Sensors, Analogue and Digital Cameras and executes complex math logic known as Computer Vision Algorithms to detect specific objects, project trajectories and help drivers and passengers stay safe in any unexpected road situation.

Customer office is located in Queretaro, Mexico and all jobs are 100% onsite.


Responsibilities
  • Focus on development of AUTOSAR application specific components; integration of internally re-used standard software components and adaptation/integration of 3rd party software components.
  • Develop and maintain the software detailed design, SW unit test specification and test report of all verification of the SW component in alignment with software architecture.
  • Develop source code in accordance with coding guidelines.
  • Perform SW unit static code analysis and ensure compliance of developed source code according to MISRA rules.
  • Perform SW unit test specification, perform SW unit test and generate SW unit test report.
  • Check in/commit artifacts to configuration management database regularly (e.g., submitting code using CI, Gerrit, and run delta KW, delta UT for changes).
  • Update CoreALM ticket and activities daily with current status.
  • Provide status updates in regular project meetings.
  • Ensure quality of all owned deliverables (maintaining objectives of process KPIs and SW code quality metrics).
  • Ensure development work fulfills the Software Requirements Specification and Software Architecture.
  • Implement fixes and changes required by problem reports and change requests.
  • Participate in peer reviews for software design and documentation (e.g., requirement and test specifications).
  • Support technical reviews/audits of the project in the respective role.
  • Maintain current production software (analyze customer change request, implement changes, support test/validation, and release).
  • Travel as needed to customer internal sites.

Mandatory Skills
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong experience in embedded software development using C.
  • Experience with automotive network interfaces (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
  • Experience in embedded software development using Classic AUTOSAR.
  • Experience with GIT or similar versioning tools.
  • Experience with AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) application layer development.
  • Familiarity with 8/16/32 bit microcontrollers, DSPs or multi‑core controllers.
  • Familiarity with IBM Rational Doors.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR basic software configuration tools such as EB Tresos, Vector DaVinci or similar configurators.
  • Familiarity with process models (e.g., Automotive SPICE) regarding software level areas.
  • Familiarity with Python.
  • Familiarity with Catia Magic.

Seeking a Backend Software Engineer to develop specialized agents and data connectors (MCP Servers) to enable automation of business processes across multiple enterprise systems. The role focuses on building backend integrations bridging unstructured data with transactional enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy MCP Servers on Cloud Run to integrate with SAP OData APIs and Salesforce REST APIs.
  • Develop a Reasoning Agent to interpret data and apply complex business rules.
  • Implement episodic memory storage in Firestore.
