General Laborer
Location: Sumterville, FL Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday Friday (Overtime as needed)
Pay: $17/HR
We are hiring General Laborers to join our production team. This is a physically demanding role working in a manufacturing environment where employees will assist with removing materials and supporting daily production operations.
This position requires individuals who are comfortable performing heavy physical work and working in a hot environment near industrial ovens.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties in a production environment
- Assist with removing and handling materials from production areas
- Lift, move, and stack materials as needed
- Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in a hot environment near ovens
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
