This full-time position is key to providing high-quality educational care under the Manager of Child, Youth & Family Development. Utilize your supervisory experience and early childhood education skills to guide a dedicated team. You will also monitor compliance with all regulations to foster a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of all children
• Support and implement educational programming
• Conduct tours for incoming families
• Maintain accurate records for children and staff
• Recruit, hire, and train staff for optimal care
Requirements:
• Required Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of relevant supervisory experience
• In good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR C
• Successful Police Record with Vulnerable Sector Check
