To deliver an unparalleled, bespoke shopping experience for their VIP clients and high-net-worth guests, they are looking for a passionate and refined Beverage Specialist to manage their exclusive in-store private lounge located in a premier luxury mall.
Position Summary
You will act as a brand ambassador, crafting premium beverages ranging from specialty coffee and artisanal teas to bespoke cocktails and fine spirits. You will play a pivotal role in elevating the client journey by providing impeccable, intuitive hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Bespoke Beverage Crafting: Prepare and present a premium menu of beverages to VIP guests, including specialty espresso/coffee, artisanal teas (e.g., premium Earl Grey selections), fine wines, and classic or signature crafted cocktails.
- Luxury Hospitality: Welcome VIP clients warmly, anticipating their needs and delivering an intuitive, high-touch lounge experience that aligns with the brand’s luxury standards.
- Lounge Management: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at the bar counter and lounge area; ensure sleek inventory management of premium spirits, coffee beans, and bar supplies.
- Brand Representation: Wear the brand's tailored uniform with pride, maintaining grooming standards that reflect the elegance and prestige of the luxury house.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Barista, Bartender, or Mixologist, ideally within a luxury hotel lounge, high-end fine dining restaurant, or premium private club. Candidates with a junior background who possess a strong hospitality "sense" are highly welcome.
- Technical Skills: Dual expertise in espresso-pulling/milk-texturing and cocktail mixology. Knowledge of wine and spirits pairing is a distinct advantage.
- The "Luxury Sense": Exceptional interpersonal skills, a polished demeanor, and a strong intuitive sense for luxury service and guest pacing.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese with a professional command of English and Mandarin for basic guest reception, beverage presentation, and storytelling.
