Job Responsibilities and Requirements
About the Role
Junior BI Developer / Data Engineer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience with
data pipelines, analytics, and cloud-based data platforms.
You will support end-to-end data solutions that enable business insights and collaborate with global stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain data pipelines, models, and ETL processes
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, SplashBI, and Oracle tools
- Analyze datasets to generate actionable business insights
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve data issues
- Support BI platform performance, monitoring, and basic administration
Required Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in BI, data engineering, or similar role
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL and relational database knowledge
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL, and analytics concepts
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud data platforms or similar tools
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
- Familiarity with big data technologies or NoSQL databases
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, or similar)
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS is a plus
