Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Manager

About the Role


An established behavioral health organization is seeking a dedicated, passionate Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to step into a dual clinical and leadership role as a Bilingual Program Manager in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
In this position, you will provide crucial clinical oversight, design customized treatment plans, and supervise clinical teams across both clinic and school-based settings. This role is perfect for a clinician who thrives on caregiver collaboration, team mentorship, and driving meaningful client progress across the lifespan.
Our unique day program schedule operates strictly Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., ensuring exceptional clinical continuity, routine team collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance rarely found in the field.


Key Responsibilities


Provide clinical oversight, case management, and treatment planning for a diverse caseload.
Conduct behavioral assessments and design evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate clinical teams and supervisors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Foster strong caregiver collaboration and facilitate parent training sessions.
Utilize bilingual language skills to communicate effectively, bridge cultural gaps, and support diverse families.
Collect, graph, and analyze behavioral data to monitor and adjust interventions based on client progress.
Collaborate seamlessly across clinic and school environments to support clients across the lifespan.


Required Qualifications


Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Current Wisconsin state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or immediate eligibility to obtain licensure).
Bilingual proficiency (fluent speech and professional writing capabilities in English and a second language).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
