What you'll do

Formulate and execute strategies aimed at growing the community, followed by a thorough analysis of the outcomes to assess effectiveness.
Handle inquiries related to VIP client merchandise, ensuring timely responses and maintaining accurate records of swag‑related information.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure that community activities align with broader marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics tools to track and analyze community performance metrics.
Excellent written communication skills in both English and Chinese, essential for preparing reports and documentation.

Commitment to working five full days a week for a minimum duration of six months.
