Job Title and LocationBlue Yonder WMS Software Developer «Advisor» Hybrid (CDMX‐Monterrey)ResponsibilitiesLead and support Blue Yonder WMS enhancements, implementations, and upgrade initiativesBuild custom tools, enhancements, and integrations using modern programming languages and APIsSupport and optimize warehouse operations across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, and moreConfigure, tune, and troubleshoot Blue Yonder WMS (including workflows and integrations)Collaborate cross‐functionally to gather business requirements and deliver scalable solutionsTranslate business and operational needs into technical configurations and system updatesEnsure seamless integration between BY WMS, ERP, and third‐party systemsMaintain system documentation, technical specs, and SOPsProvide advanced Level2/3 support to IT and Supply Chain users, both remotely and in person during hypercarePartner with Blue Yonder for updates, enhancements, and issue resolutionTravel to the US and within LATAM may be required; the amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirementsQualificationsMinimum 2years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or warehouse management systemsMinimum 2years of hands‐on technical experience working with Blue Yonder WMS in an implementation or support roleA bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldTechnical SkillsProven experience conducting BY WMS development using MOCASQL, Pagebuilder, Labels, Jasper ReportsProgramming or scripting languages (Java, C++, .NET, or similar)BY WMS system configuration and technical troubleshootingExposure to integration technologies such as APIs, web services, flat files, XML, Integrator, MTF/ RFKnowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft AzureProfessional SkillsStrong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and business processesGood communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environmentA collaborative mindset and customer‐focused approachInterest in building consulting and client‐facing skillsAbility to travel to the United States as part of project delivery and hypercareBenefitsCompetitive Salary Payroll + Legal and Superior BenefitsWork AreaCDMX / Monterrey / Saltillo / Estado de México (Hybrid)#J- *-Ljbffr
