Hiring: Full Stack Developer (BMAD / Agentic AI) – Fully Remote (AEST-friendly).
Data Inseyets is an Australian software and automation company building new in-house products using BMAD-METHOD (spec‑driven, agentic AI development). We’re looking for a strong full stack developer to help us ship an internal platform from MVP through to scale. This is a completely remote role. We’re open to candidates anywhere globally, with preference given to time zones close to AEST for smooth day‑to‑day collaboration.
What you’ll be working on
- Developing a new internal Data Inseyets product, starting with an MVP web app + admin portal, then evolving into native mobile apps.
- Running delivery using BMAD‑METHOD: clear PRDs, architecture, story slicing, agent workflows, and iterative releases.
- Building secure, scalable APIs and back‑end services.
- Shipping modern, fast, clean front ends with great UX.
- Working closely with a small product team to refine scope, test quickly, and release often.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering real products end‑to‑end.
- Strong full‑stack capability in a modern stack, ideally: Front end: React / Next.js / TypeScript; Back end: Node.js / Python / .NET (any solid API stack); Data: SQL, REST/GraphQL, cloud services.
- Solid Flutter experience for native app development.
- Comfortable working in AI‑assisted/agentic workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.).
- Ability to break problems into clear, testable stories and deliver independently.
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and practical problem‑solving.
