Senior Browser Automation Engineer (Playwright /Python)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Browser Automation Engineer to build a scalable automation platform for repetitive web-based workflows. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Playwright or Selenium and can design reliable automation systems that work across hundreds of different websites. This is a software engineering role—not an SEO role.
Responsibilities:
• Build browser automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium.
• Develop reusable automation frameworks for multiple website types.
• Automate account registration, email verification, profile completion, content/form submissions, and session management.
• Handle dynamic JavaScript-heavy websites.
• Integrate proxies, browser profiles, and robust retry/error handling.
• Build scalable, configurable workflows.
Required Skills:
• Python (preferred) or Node.js
• 3+ years of Selenium and/or Playwright • HTML, CSS Selectors, XPath
• JavaScript fundamentals
• REST APIs, Git/GitHub
• PostgreSQL or SQLite
• Strong debugging skills
Preferred Skills:
• Playwright expertise
• Async Python
• Docker
• Proxy and browser profile management • Email automation (IMAP/POP3)
• AWS/DigitalOcean/Azure
• CI/CD
Nice to Have:
• Experience building reusable automation frameworks • Large-scale browser automation
• OCR and AI-assisted automation
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
