Production Worker
Under direction of the Production Supervisor, employees will need to meet daily production goals while complying with safety processes and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Able to read a tape measure and cut wood per specifications
- Use manual or power hand tools to perform one or more repetitive production line assembly operations to produce medium-sized, light-weight products
- Ability to quickly sort products while performing inspections to meet quality standards
- Work at a steady, rapid pace under close supervision
- Using hands, arms and legs in handling, positioning, and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Promote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles
- Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed
- Willing to cross-train in different work stations/departments as needed
- Display a positive, "Can Do" attitude be a change agent
- Other duties as assigned
