Responsibilities
- Product R&D: Organize the formulation of new product trial production and appraisal plans, lead the technical review, prototype and appraisal of new products.
- Technical Standardization: Responsible for product standardization.
- Optimization & Improvement: Responsible for the implementation, optimization and improvement of technical and process solutions for the product projects under management.
- Technical Review: Responsible for the company's technical review work.
- Quality Control: Responsible for incoming inspection of raw materials, quality control in the production process and other quality management and control work; responsible for the root cause analysis and handling of major project issues; responsible for the technical R&D, process construction and quality improvement of DC ±600kV, ±800kV products and RIP AC 1000kV products.
- Basic Research: Basic performance research on raw materials for RIP bushings.
- Scientific Research Projects: project initiation, control key nodes such as execution progress and conclusion of scientific research projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related engineering fields; with relevant intermediate professional title or qualification.
Required Skills
- 8 years or above in product design experience, proficient in design and R&D of high-level DC products.
- Knowledge of bushing products; strong organizational, coordination and leadership skills; good execution, analysis and judgment skills; able to work under high pressure, meticulous thinking, careful and responsible.
