What you’ll be doing if you get the job:

As a member of our team, the primary focus of your role is to be responsible for the development and deployment of software components and stand‑alone software applications.

You’ll work closely with our Application Foundry team which is made up of Developers, Testers and Business Analysts.

Who’ll you report to:

You’ll be based within our Information and Communication Technology division at our Sandton, Johannesburg head office. You’ll report to the ICT Manager: Development.

Your qualifications: You must have passed Grade 12 / Matric with an achievement symbol of no less than C for higher grade Maths You must have a degree or diploma in Information Systems, Engineering or Mathematical Sciences Your experience: You must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in developing solutions using various technologies like WCF, EF, MVC4/5 and Web API You must have experience in the Web Development, multithreaded applications and rich internet applications Your Knowledge: Technologies:. Net 4, LINQ, EF, Web Api. Sound understanding of operating systems, specifically Microsoft Windows, as well as various communication protocols Good understanding of UML, XML, HTML, JSON Agile development Silverlight, WCF, grpc, rest, docker, Kubernetes and WPF knowledge would be beneficial Your technical skills: . Net Must have: ASP Net,.
