Senior C# .NET Developer - Netsapiens Integrations - Florianópolis
We are looking for a senior C# /.NET / NetSapiens developer based in Florianópolis , Brazil for a remote contract role focused on telecom and call-center systems integration. It's mostly a remote position, except for limited face to face meetings in the future, hence the preference for residents of Florianópolis and adjacent areas.
This is not a generic.NET position. A key requirement is hands-on experience with the NetSapiens platform , including its APIs and subscription-based event model. We need someone who already understands how NetSapiens works in practice and can build reliable software around live telephony and operational data.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services that integrate with NetSapiens.
- Consume, process, and store data from NetSapiens APIs and subscription-based events.
- Develop secure internal and external REST APIs.
- Design and maintain SQL Server data models for operational and reporting workloads.
- Work within a containerized Azure environment using our existing.NET and Aspire-based architecture.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong professional experience with C# and.NET /.NET Core.
- Hands-on NetSapiens experience is required. :
- Experience with NetSapiens APIs.
- Experience with NetSapiens subscription-based events and event-driven integrations.
- Strong experience designing and building REST APIs.
- Experience securing APIs, including authentication and authorization.
- Strong SQL Server experience.
- Experience with SignalR, WebSockets, or similar real-time messaging technologies.
- Experience building backend systems that process real-time or near-real-time operational data.
- Experience with Azure containers.
- Familiarity with.NET Aspire or similar orchestration/deployment patterns.
- Strong understanding of scalable backend architecture and service-to-service communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with telecom, PBX, VoIP, call-center, or contact-center systems.
- Experience with message queues, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience building dashboards, admin portals, or operational tools.
- Familiarity with the NetSapiens administration portal.
- Experience integrating third-party or carrier APIs.
- General knowledge of frontend integration for real-time dashboards is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English.
Job Type : Contract
Pay: R$90.00 - R$130.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
