5+ yrs of Telephony services (Contact Center Platforms, Conversational AI / voice AI systems, Real-time voice and LLM-powered virtual agents)

4+ yrs of Full Stack Development, AWS ecosystem expertise, Kubernetes / containerized infrastructure, DevOps exposure, Low-latency distributed systems, LLM integration and conversational AI, Backend infrastructure scaling, Frontend development capability
