Requirements- Hands‑on experience with CCM tools such as:
- Doc1 Designer
- OpenText Exstream
- Content Composer
- Smart Communications
- Intermediate knowledge of object‑oriented programming
- Experience with Java and/or .NET, or CCM proprietary scripting languages
- Experience developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, and structured data handling
