Chief Full-Stack Javascript Developer

We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Full-Stack JavaScript Developer to lead our engineering organization and drive the delivery of innovative solutions across web, mobile, and backend platforms. As a senior leader, you'll define technical strategies, oversee cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Shape and oversee the implementation of scalable, maintainable, and forward-thinking solutions for web, mobile, and backend platforms
- Direct cross-functional alignment by collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive user and operational experiences
- Drive organization-wide technical discussions, architecture strategies, and high-impact code reviews
- Define, implement, and champion engineering excellence, including advanced testing and automation standards
- Continuously assess and evolve system performance, reliability, and observability to meet organizational goals
- Mentor and empower engineers at all levels while fostering a culture of growth and continuous learning
Requirements :
- 7+ years of professional experience in JavaScript development
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and managing engineering teams, with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling
- Proficiency in GraphQL and scalable API design
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures, scalable system design, and enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines
- Expert-level troubleshooting and optimization skills across all layers of the stack
- Exceptional communication skills, with advanced English fluency (C1 level or above)
Nice to have
- Strategic knowledge of Contentful and its integrations
- Exposure to Java and/or Kotlin for cross-platform development
- Command over Next.js and Storybook to enhance design systems and frontend development practices
