Our team is seeking a highly competent Chief JavaScript Developer to enhance our team.
This role demands someone who can spearhead both frontend and backend development projects utilizing various technologies and frameworks. The position calls for a profound grasp of software architecture and the capability to cooperate efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the development and maintenance of frontend code utilizing TypeScript, Angular, and NgRX
- Manage the development and maintenance of backend code using Kotlin, Java, and microservices
- Ensure the code is clean, well-documented, and well-tested
- Handle automated and manual data cleaning and anonymization tasks
- Collaborate intensively with a core team comprising engineers, product managers, and UX designers for feature implementation and critical bug resolution
- Engage with external vendors facing similar challenges
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers on best practices and coding standards
- Perform code reviews to uphold codebase quality
- Keep abreast of new trends and technologies in web development
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in both frontend and backend development
- Minimum of 5 years in Java/Kotlin development
- Minimum of 5 years in TypeScript/Javascript and Angular
- Proven track record in leading and managing developer teams
- Proficiency with NgRx
- In-depth understanding of microservices architecture
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Fluency in English
