Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources and knowledge in conducting compensation analysis, salary structure, policy development and compliance, market studies, and job description maintenance.
Candidate must have skills to include analytical thinking, mathematical reasoning, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and Microsoft Excel.
