We are looking for a Client Data Controller
Main Tasks
- Manage and validate account opening setup requests, ensuring all mandatory information is available before account setup.
- Verify that appropriate derogations/exceptions are in place when mandatory information is missing but the account setup must proceed.
- Perform account opening registration and updates in the client database.
- Verify mandatory KYC information and status prior to account setup.
- Validate the chain of power/authority of signatories.
- Analyse relevant contractual clauses and ensure accurate contract recording in the client database.
- Ensure all activities comply with department procedures, internal rules and quality standards.
- Contribute to process implementation and required activity changes.
- Perform all activities with a strong focus on accuracy, quality and risk awareness.
Main Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of client data administration and account opening processes.
- Understanding of KYC requirements and client documentation validation.
- Ability to verify mandatory information and signatory authority.
- Ability to analyse contracts and contractual clauses.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and rigor.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Client-focused approach and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a risk-aware and highly controlled environment.
- Expert level of English.

- This role offers a gross annual salary between 15.000€ to 38.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
