What You'll Do

• 
  Conduct outreach to company-provided warm leads via phone and email

  Build relationships with prospective clients and identify appropriate insurance solutions

  Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities

  Manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline
  
• 
  Track performance metrics and assist with sales reporting

  Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings

  Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on outreach initiatives and campaigns

  Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends

Qualifications

• 
  2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related field
  
• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
