Our client is a well-established organization that provides specialized insurance, risk management, and professional liability solutions to a nationwide professional community. They are seeking an ambitious, polished, and self-motivated Client Development Associate to join their team.


This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven professional who enjoys relationship building, consultative selling, and working with warm leads. Individuals with backgrounds in insurance, telecommunications, inside sales, customer service, retail sales, or business development are encouraged to apply.


What You'll Do


  • Conduct outreach to company-provided warm leads via phone and email

  • Build relationships with prospective clients and identify appropriate insurance solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities

  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales pipeline

  • Track performance metrics and assist with sales reporting

  • Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on outreach initiatives and campaigns

  • Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends

  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies


Qualifications


  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging clients

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-starter with a positive, goal-oriented mindset

  • Professional and polished presentation

  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team

  • Interested in growing a long-term career in sales and insurance

  • Demonstrates career stability and professional growth
