In this Client Services Coordinator role, you will join the Account Services team, delivering a consistent, professional, and reliable experience for every client. - Client service: ensure SLAs are met and support a seamless client experience.
- Campaign management: pre-campaign QA, creative tags, and campaign activation
- Reporting and insights: work with the trading team to deliver accurate, timely campaign reporting
- Administrative and technical support: manage documentation, respond to client queries, and troubleshoot campaign issues
- Cross-team collaboration: work closely across sales and trading to support the wider account services function
Job requirements - Client Services Coordinator

- No previous industry experience required, full training and a structured 3-month onboarding provided
