Responsibilities
Gain in-depth understanding of and demonstrate proficiency in using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) products, including but not limited to:
GCP: Compute Engine, VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN, Cloud Storage, Gemini LLM, Vertex AI, etc.
AWS: EC2, VPC, Elastic Load Balancing, CloudFront, S3, Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.
Be familiar with big data products such as GCP BigQuery and AWS Redshift, including data ingestion, querying, analysis, troubleshooting, etc.
Assist clients in resolving usage‑related issues with GCP and AWS products, including tasks related to cloud service deployment, configuration, monitoring, and debugging.
Provide clients with high‑quality multi‑cloud technical support and services, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the team to collectively resolve technical challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
Continuously learn about and explore new cloud technologies and tools to further enhance personal technical expertise.
Job Requirements
Must possess practical experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) products;
Possession of relevant GCP or AWS certifications, as well as prior experience in cloud computing technical support, will be given priority;
Possess relevant experience in the operations and maintenance (O&M) of internet applications, and be familiar with using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning of cloud resources;
Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, along with robust problem‑solving and technical analysis capabilities;
Possess a keen interest in the technical architecture of multi‑cloud environments and the ability to rapidly acquire new technical skills;
Be capable of responding promptly to user technical issues and requirements, providing efficient and precise technical support and solutions.
