Windows OS knowledge (Registry Editor, Group Policies, Server Roles etc.)

Troubleshooting skills.
Microsoft HPC
ITIL process understanding.
Tools – SNOW, JIRA, Confluence.
ETL tools – Informatica, TWS
Knowledge regarding hardware and software support with experience in windows environment support in Microsoft stack (Office, Visio, .NET, SQL Server Technologies – SQL databases).
Strong analytics experience for troubleshooting issues within diverse application environments (windows/Unix/Linux). Preferably Windows.
Excellent organization skills, team player with diverse team of vendors/employee location across the globe.
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure taking end to end ownership of issues and driving resolution.
