To support our continued growth,we are looking for a Cloud & DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to support the deployment and implementation of CCM (Customer Communications Management) solutions in cloud environments .
Important: This role is not focused on designing cloud architectures from scratch, but rather on enabling, deploying, and operating CCM platforms in cloud-based infrastructures.
The candidate will work closely with application and business teams to ensure smooth implementation, automation, and scalability of CCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation and deployment of CCM solutions (OpenText Exstream, Quadient, Papyrus)
- Operate and manage cloud-based environments (AWS) for application deployment
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for CCM platforms
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using IaC (Terraform)
- Work with containers and orchestration (EKS, ECS)
- Ensure stability, performance, and scalability of deployed solutions
- Collaborate with teams to adapt CCM solutions to enterprise environments
Key Requirements
- Solid experience with AWS (hands-on, operational level)
- Strong background in DevOps practices and tools
- Experience with:
- CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitbucket, ArgoCD)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS)
- Experience with:
- AWS Lambda / Fargate (desirable but not core)
Highly Valued
- Experience deploying or working with CCM / ECM solutions , such as:
- OpenText Exstream
- Quadient Inspire
- Papyrus
- Experience in:
- Enterprise environments (AWS, Azure, hybrid architectures)
- Integration-heavy systems
