Chez Roche, en tant qu'ingénieur Cloud DevOps Infrastructure Engineer niveau SE7, vous serez responsable de résoudre des problèmes business complexes en construisant des solutions DevOps innovantes à travers l’ensemble du paysage d’infrastructure. Vous aurez une influence stratégique sur la technologie, mentorat des équipes et alignement avec les objectifs organisationnels et les exigences réglementaires.
Responsibilities
Define technical direction throughout the lifecycle of platforms and services – from inception and design to deployment, operation and retirement.
Apply software engineering principles to build and manage large‑scale IT infrastructure products and services, creating self‑service tools and APIs that abstract complexity for developers.
Design complex CI/CD pipelines, develop self‑healing features, and lead disaster‑recovery design and execution.
Strategically solve highly complex issues across multiple product lines, maintaining live services through metrics for availability, latency and health and establishing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs.
Proactively plan IT infrastructure capacity, performance and scalability;
lead large optimisationinitiatives.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management – partner with developers, Managed Services suppliers and vendors to improve application velocity and service reliability.
Provide direction, guidance and priority setting, translating customer and developer needs into requirements.
Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, cost, security and audit requirements;
lead audit exercises and remediation plans.
Manage ITSM processes, challenge requirements to scale systems sustainably and innovate to support business strategy.
Lead geographically‑distributed teams through influence and mentorship, collaborating with diverse virtual teams worldwide.
Apply software engineering, automation, CI/CD and DevOps practices to deliver infrastructure as code and internal developer platforms.
Qualifications
Deep expertise in Azure Public Cloud: automation (Python, Terraform), IaC, logging, monitoring, observability (Grafana, Datadog), configuration and scripting.
Experience with internal developer platforms (IDPs) and CI/CD pipelines, including source‑code management (GitLab, BitBucket, GitHub).
Hands‑on knowledge of infrastructure systems internals – availability, administration, capacity, configuration, scalability, performance and integration.
Proven ability to define SLOs and SLIs.
Experience leading geo‑distributed teams and mentoring to drive performance and innovation.
Continuous learning, research and sharing of knowledge with a capacity to drive business strategy through innovation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent IT experience (networking, infrastructure, database).
Certifications on Azure or equivalent knowledge of Azure Cloud.
Exceptional customer and delivery focus, with ability to transform needs into actionable requirements.
Strong audit exercise experience, ITSM process management and disaster‑recovery design and execution. xhfqzwm
