Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer / Cloud Solution Architect to support the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise customers. The role will cover a broad range of cloud and infrastructure responsibilities, including Azure platform implementation, hybrid integration, workload migration, virtual desktop services, Kubernetes platforms, and DevSecOps enablement using Azure DevOps or GitHub. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical experience, good understanding of cloud architecture principles, and the ability to work with different stakeholders to turn business and technical requirements into practical solutions. This position requires someone who can support project delivery, resolve technical issues, contribute to operational stability, and provide guidance on improving security, reliability, scalability, and overall service quality. The role is suitable for an experienced cloud professional who can balance solution design with implementation support and help customers adopt modern cloud technologies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
· Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure Architecture : Design, implement, and optimize Azure landing zones and hybrid cloud environments in alignment with Microsoft best practices, customer security standards, network requirements, governance policies, and long-term operational needs.
· Identity, Tenant & Workload Migration : Plan and execute Microsoft Entra ID tenant migrations, hybrid identity integrations, and Azure workload migration projects, including discovery, assessment, migration design, execution planning, cutover coordination, risk mitigation, and post-migration validation to minimize business disruption.
· End-User Computing, Kubernetes & Enterprise Platform Delivery : Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Kubernetes platforms such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and related Microsoft cloud services to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing desktop, application, and containerized workload experiences for enterprise users.
· DevSecOps & CI/CD Enablement : Design, implement, and support secure DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub, including CI/CD pipeline setup, source control governance, branch strategy, code scanning, dependency and secret scanning, automated testing, deployment automation, and release control to improve software delivery quality and security.
· Business Requirements & Solution Delivery : Collaborate with customers, project managers, technical teams, security stakeholders, and business users to gather requirements, translate business objectives into technical designs, and deliver practical cloud and infrastructure solutions that meet project scope and expected outcomes.
· Operations, Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot on-premises, hybrid, and Azure infrastructure environments to ensure service availability, performance, reliability, capacity, backup readiness, and timely resolution of incidents or technical issues.
· Technology Advisory & Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Microsoft cloud technologies, Azure platform updates, infrastructure modernization trends, and industry best practices, and provide recommendations that improve customer solutions, operational efficiency, security posture, and service quality.
Qualifications:
· Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· 7+ years of experience in cloud services implementation and system engineering.
· Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
· Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) is a plus.
· Knowledge of DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps or GitHub, including CI/CD pipeline design, source control management, security scanning, automated testing, and release governance, is desirable.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
